As the Chief Financial Officer and Board Secretary of Sunwoda Mobility Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SEVB") , Ms. Chen Xi oversees the company’s comprehensive financial management, investment and financing, governance structure, shareholding reform, and capital operations. She provides robust financial support for the company’s technological innovation and global expansion.
Under the leadership of Ms. Chen Xi and her team, SEVB has successfully completed cumulative Series A and B financing exceeding RMB 10 billion, injecting substantial capital into the company’s technological innovation and business development.
Ms. Chen Xi graduated from Tsinghua University and previously worked at Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division for many years. As CFO, she successfully led two companies to list on NASDAQ, making them the first in their respective fields to achieve this milestone.

陈希女士毕业于清华大学，曾就职于高盛投资银行部多年，曾作为CFO成功带领两家公司纳斯达克上市，成为各自领域的第一股。
