Dr. Wenjing Jin is Director of the AI-Native Engineering Department at CATL and a leading expert in industrial AI for the new energy sector. She has been driving a new paradigm for lithium-ion battery R&D by integrating advanced AI technologies into battery design and manufacturing.
Recognized by ASME as one of its "30 Under 30" future manufacturing leaders and featured in Forbes Women in Tech, Dr. Jin leads the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions across CATL’s new energy ecosystem, including large-scale applications in CATL’s lighthouse factories.
