With nearly 30 years of hands-on experience spanning mineral resources strategy, import and export trade coordination, mining investment management, global resource governance, international trade rules, and the internationalization of standards, Mr. Sun brings deep practical expertise in ESG strategy and system building, human rights protection and conflict prevention, supply chain compliance and risk mitigation, community development and stakeholder engagement, and grievance mediation and remedy mechanisms.
He serves as an expert on multiple technical committees of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has advised more than 30 multinational corporations on ESG matters. He co-founded China’s training-of-trainers program on business and human rights (BHR), through which he has trained over 200 faculty members from more than 50 universities, and he lectures on business and human rights at over a dozen universities.

曾担任30多家跨国企业ESG顾问担任国际标准化组织，（ISO）多个技术委员会专家。牵头在中国创设工商业与人权师资培训机制，先后为50多所高校200多位老师提供师资培训，在十多所高校讲授工商业与人权课程。
