Jerry has accumulated extensive experience at Standard Chartered. Prior to her current role, she has been double hatting as the Global Head of BBD and Head of Coverage, GCNA since 2025. She has held a variety of senior positions at the bank in the past, including Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of China, Cluster Chief Executive Officer of China & Japan, Deputy CEO of China, CEO of North China and General Manager of Beijing Branch, Global Co-Head of Financial Institutions, Head of Financial Institutions, China.
With in-depth experience and expertise in the RMB and BBD businesses, Jerry has been a key contributor to the strong growth in the Bank’s RMB and BBD businesses globally. She continues to play a critical role in enhancing the Bank’s capabilities in RMB solutions and cross-border finance, further strengthening its position as a trusted partner in this area. She also drove the strategic development of the Bank’s China business – under her leadership, the business achieved consistent growth over the ten years of her tenure as CEO, delivering strong financial performance and solid results, and further strengthening the Bank’s market position in China as a leading international franchise.
Jerry was awarded ""Shanghai Financier"" by Xinhua News in 2020 and named Most Powerful Women (MPW) in China by Fortune in 2023.
Jerry was previously a member of China Banking Association, a member of Shanghai Financial Association, a member of China Finance 40 Forum, a member of The City of London's China Advisory Council, a member of Asian Financial Cooperation Association.
Jerry received her M.B.A. from Lancaster University in the UK. She is married with one son and one daughter.

张晓蕾凭借在人民币业务和银行及券商业务领域的深厚经验与专业知识，为渣打银行人民币业务和银行及券商业务的强劲增长作出关键贡献。她持续为提升渣打银行全球人民币业务能力和跨境金融服务能力发挥重要作用，进一步巩固了渣打作为该领域可信赖合作伙伴的地位。她亦推动了渣打银行中国业务的战略发展——在她担任渣打中国行长的十年间，带领业务实现持续增长，交出了稳健的财务业绩与扎实的经营成果，进一步巩固了渣打银行作为领先国际金融机构在中国市场的地位。
张晓蕾于 2020 年被新华社授予“沪上金融家”称号，并于 2023 年被《财富》杂志评为中国最具影响力女性 （MPW）。
张晓蕾曾任中国银行业协会会员、上海金融协会会员、中国金融 40 人论坛成员、伦敦金融城中国顾问委员会成员、亚洲金融合作协会成员。
张晓蕾毕业于英国兰卡斯特大学，拥有工商管理硕士学位。现已婚并育有一子一女。
