Since joining Standard Chartered Bank in February 2019 as Head of Global Banking, Singapore, Wan Thonh soon assumed expanded responsibility for Client Coverage across ASEAN and South Asia. In February 2021, she was appointed Global Head, Global Industries Group, which includes Industry Coverage and M&A Advisory teams, to oversee the delivery of a full suite of strategic solutions to the Bank’s clients in key sectors.
Wan Thonh has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, holding a number of senior leadership roles in international banks across transaction banking, capital markets and strategic advisory for corporate and institutional clients. She joined Standard Chartered from HSBC, where she was Head of Global Banking, Singapore and Head of Corporates, Financials and Multinationals Banking for Southeast Asia since 2016. Prior to that, Wan Thonh had a 15- year career at Citibank where she held senior positions including Head of Financial Institutions and Head of Sales for Transaction Banking Services.
Based in Singapore, Wan Thonh is a member of the Corporate Coverage Management Team and Executive Committee of Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited. She is also Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) PCL. She is a Singaporean and holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the National University of Singapore.
周蕴彤女士于2019年2月在新加坡加入渣打银行，担任环球银行部新加坡主管，随后职责扩大到东盟及南亚。2021年2月，她被任命为全球行业集团（Global Industries Group）全球主管，负责管理银行的细分行业和并购咨询团队，确保为关键行业的客户提供整合的战略解决方案。
周蕴彤女士在银行业拥有超过25年的经验，曾在不同国际银行担任过多个资深管理岗位，覆盖交易银行，资本市场等业务，以及为企业和机构客户提供战略咨询服务等。在加入渣打银行之前，她曾在汇丰银行担任新加坡环球银行业务主管，并自 2016 年起担任东南亚企业、金融和跨国银行业务主管。在此之前，周蕴彤女士曾在花旗银行任职 15 年，担任过包括金融机构主管和交易银行服务销售主管等多个管理岗位。
周蕴彤女士常驻新加坡，是渣打银行企业及投资银行业务管理团队成员之一。同时，她担任渣打银行（泰国）有限公司董事会主席。她是新加坡人，拥有新加坡国立大学工商管理学士学位。
