Aaron Huang 黄鸿飞

Chief Financial Officer, CHAGEE 霸王茶姬首席财务官

Mr. Hongfei Huang (Aaron) joined CHAGEE (CHA/Nasdaq) in October 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the full spectrum of finance — including financial strategy, planning and reporting, tax, treasury, capital allocation, profitability management, capital markets, and corporate governance. He also leads the Legal, Supply Chain, and IT functions.

Prior to joining CHAGEE, Mr. Huang spent 28 years at McDonald's Greater China in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer of the region.

Mr. Huang holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Science and Technology Beijing and an Executive Master's degree from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is a fellow membership CIMA FCMA and CGMA of AICPA(USA) & CIMA(UK). 黄鸿飞先生（Aaron）于 2024 年 10 月加入霸王茶姬(CHA/Nasdaq)，担任首席财务官，全面负责财务战略、规划与报告、税务、资金管理、盈利管理、市值管理及公司治理等事务，并分管公司法务、信息技术与供应链等部门。

加入霸王茶姬之前，黄先生曾任职麦当劳中国区 28 年，历任多个核⼼岗位，离任前担任麦当劳中国区首席财务官。

黄先生持有北京科技大学会计学学士学位及德克萨斯大学阿灵顿分校高级管理人员硕士学位，并持有英国特许管理会计师公会(CIMA)与美国注册公共会计师协会(AICPA)的资深会员 FCMA/CGMA 资格。
