Dr Dan Wang is China Director for Eurasia Group, specializing in China's economy and geopolitics. She previously served as the Chief Economist at Hang Seng Bank China based in Shanghai, responsible for macroeconomic forecasting and capital market analysis. Dan holds a PhD in economics from the University of Washington, with expertise in property rights, environmental economics and econometrics. During her postdoc research at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, She designed and led nationwide surveys on agriculture commissioned by the Ministry of Agriculture and the State Council. She is a frequent voice in global media and writes a column for FT China. She regularly delivers keynote speeches at government and industry forums and participates in high-level policy discussions worldwide.
王丹博士现任欧亚集团中国区总监，负责宏观经济与地缘政治风险研究。曾任恒生银行（中国）首席经济学家，负责宏观经济预测和资本市场分析。王丹从美国华盛顿大学获得经济学博士，研究方向为宏观、产权与计量经济学，后在中国科学院从事博士后研究，设计并主持多项全国大型农业调研。她是多家国际主流媒体的特约评论人，并为FT中文网撰写专栏。
