Lu is a member of Coverage Banking Management Team, responsible for leading CIB business strategy of Industrials & Autos sector across global franchises.
In her capacity of Head of Coverage, CIB China and Deputy CEO, China, Lu is responsible for driving the sustainable growth of China portfolio, developing the network and cross-border business for the clients, and ensuring the effective governance and implementation of China CIB and Standard Chartered China’s overall strategy.
Lu has over 22 years of experiences in the banking industry. She joined Standard Chartered from Citi China, where she was most recently Head of Multinational Corporate Banking. Prior to that, Lu was the Chief Risk Officer of Citi China and has been in senior Risk roles covering North Asia and US at Citi where she accumulated expertise in Leverage Finance and Restructuring.
She studied International Relations at Georgetown University as undergraduate and earned her MBA at Columbia University. She lives with her family now in Shanghai.

施旅女士在银行业拥有超过 22 年的经验。加入渣打银行前，她曾任花旗中国跨国公司银行业务主管。在此之前，她曾担任花旗中国首席风险官，并在花旗担任过北亚和美国的高级风险职务，积累了丰富的杠杆融资和重组相关专业经验，深度了解国内外金融市场业态。
施旅女士本科就读于乔治敦大学国际关系学专业，并拥有哥伦比亚大学 MBA 学位。目前她与家人生活在上海。
