She currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Rongsheng Petrochemical (Singapore) Co., Ltd, where she directs the company's Treasury operations and heads the Head of Finance function.
Prior to her current role, Ms Tay led the China Business Office desk at OCBC Singapore. In this capacity, her team facilitated and managed the banking needs of large Chinese enterprises operating in Singapore.
Ms Tay brings a wealth of cross-border expertise, including more than a decade spent in Shanghai. This extensive on-the-ground experience gave her a deep understanding of the Chinese banking environment and a firsthand view of the internationalisation of the Renminbi (RMB). Demonstrating her commitment to the business community during her time in Shanghai, she also served as the Treasurer for the Shanghai-Singapore Business Association.

在担任现职前，Tay女士曾负责华侨银行（OCBC）新加坡分行中国业务平台主管。在此期间，她带领团队为在新加坡运营的大型中国企业提供并管理各项银行服务。
Tay女士拥有深厚的跨境业务经验，其中包括在上海工作逾十年。这段长期的一线经历使她对中国银行业环境形成了深入理解，并亲历了人民币国际化的发展进程。在上海工作期间，她还曾担任上海新加坡商会（Shanghai-Singapore Business Association）财务主管，展现了其对工商界发展的积极投入。
