Mr. Shaun Lim is the Co-Managing Director of K3, a Singapore-based investment firm that has invested in and partnered with visionary founders of category-leading companies driving innovation across artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure and frontier technologies.The K3 portfolio comprises leading companies globally such as ByteDance, OpenAI, SpaceX, Palantir, as well as regional leaders including Grab, MiniMax, Moonshot, Acrab and X2 Robot. Shaun works closely with founders and management teams to support strategic growth, ecosystem development and international expansion, particularly across Southeast Asia.

Shaun is concurrently Chairman of Aolani Cloud, a Singapore-based NVIDIA Cloud Partner and neocloud focused on delivering large-scale AI compute infrastructure and cloud services to hyperscalers and AI-native enterprises across Asia. Aolani works closely with leading global technology partners to accelerate the deployment of next-generation AI computing infrastructure across the region.

Shaun was formerly Co-President and Partner at Hopu Investments, a leading Asia-based alternative asset manager, where he led the Hopu-Arm Innovation Fund, a strategic partnership with Arm focused on deep technology investments. He was responsible for investments and portfolio management across leading technology companies spanning semiconductors, artificial intelligence, enterprise software and digital infrastructure, including DJI, XtalPi, Iluvatar CoreX, Arm China, Appier, GLP and Perennial. He was also a member of the firm's Executive Committee and Investment Committee, helping oversee the growth of one of Asia's leading private investment platforms.

Shaun's prior roles include Managing Director at Blackstone, Head of China Financial Institutions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Vice President at ABN AMRO Private Equity. Shaun also co-founded two technology startups with Pico Group in China, where he served as Chief Executive Officer.

Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (First Class Honours) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
