She brings extensive experience in strategic partnerships, business development, and corporate leadership, with a career distinguished by notable achievements across various sectors, including the financial technology and public sectors. At Alpha Ladder Group and MetaComp, Pei Ling plays a pivotal role in advancing the Group's vision and driving growth in the digital cross-border payment space.
Pei Ling’s career is diverse, having held several senior corporate roles. Prior to joining Alpha Ladder Group and MetaComp, Pei Ling was the Managing Director for Strategic Partnership & Business Development at DCS, a MAS-licensed financial institution specializing in card and token payment solutions. In this role, she was instrumental in forging strategic alliances and expanding the company’s market reach.
Pei Ling was also the Chief Executive Officer of Business China, a Singapore non-profit organisation that harnesses the support of public sector and private enterprises to cultivate Singapore-China-savvy talents, strengthen Singapore-China networks, and grow the global connectivity of Singapore.
At Grab, Pei Ling was the Director for Corporate Development, where she supported strategic acquisitions and contributed to the rapid expansion of one of Southeast Asia’s leading tech companies. She was also the Group Director of Corporate Strategy at Jing King (JK) Technology Group, now known as Adera Global, where she led the company’s strategic initiatives. Earlier in her career, Pei Ling honed her expertise as a business consultant at Ernst & Young.
Pei Ling holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, one of the world’s top business schools. She also earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) through the University Scholars Programme at the National University of Singapore. She is also a Lien Fellow under the Lien Ying Chow Legacy Fellowship programme at Nanyang Technological University, reflecting her continued commitment to leadership and public service. Pei Ling has been an elected Member ofParliament in Singapore since 2011.
In her current role, Pei Ling draws on her extensive corporate, strategic and partnership experience to help steer Alpha Ladder Group’s growth while advancing MetaComp’s position in the evolving digital finance landscape. Her work focuses on building strategic partnerships, developing new growth opportunities and strengthening the Group’s capabilities across crossborder payments, digital assets and next-generation financial infrastructure.

在加⼊ Alpha Ladder 集团及 MetaComp 之前,陈佩玲曾担任 DCS 战略合作与业务拓展董事总经理(该机构是受新加坡⾦融管理局监管的持牌⾦融机构,专注于发卡及代币⽀付解决⽅案),在任期间,她积极推动战略合作及新业务拓展。
她亦曾出任 新加坡通商中国(Business China) ⾸席执⾏官,集合政商⼒量,培养双语双⽂化的新中通⼈才与企业,加强新加坡作为衔接中国与全世界的经济与⽂化桥梁。在 Grab 任职期间,她担任企业发展总监,参与战略收购及之后的合并项⽬。她还曾是精⼯集团(Jing King Technology Group,现为 Adera Global) 企业战略集团总监,负责集团战略规划与执⾏。职业早期,她在 安永(Ernst & Young) 担任商业顾问,积累了坚实的专业经验。
在学术⽅⾯,陈佩玲拥有 芝加哥⼤学布斯商学院⼯商管理硕⼠学位(全球顶尖商学院之⼀),并通过新加坡国⽴⼤学 及博学者课程 获得 社会科学(荣誉)学⼠学位。她亦为新加坡南洋理⼯⼤学的连瀛洲基⾦会“连⽒学者”,彰显了其对领导⼒与公共服务的长期承诺。陈佩玲⾃2011 年起担任新加坡⺠选国会议员。
