Throughout his career, Mr. Cong has spearheaded the formation and deployment of numerous USD and RMB funds, with cumulative capital raised exceeding $10 billion USD. Admitted to practice law in both Mainland China and New York State, he specializes in cross-border M&A, early-stage venture investments, private equity transactions, and special situations—with particular expertise in navigating complex legal frameworks and high-risk deal structures.
Mr. Cong holds Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees from Cornell Law School and the UIBE School of Law.
