Wen-Yu Weng is a member of the Executive Leadership team at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, a globally recognised non-profit working to accelerate the transition to a circular economy. Wen-Yu leads the Foundation’s Critical Minerals Mission, aligning circular economy strategies with critical minerals essential to the energy and digital transitions, focusing on EV batteries, cleantech, mobility, consumer electronics, AI, and infrastructure. Before joining the Foundation, Wen-Yu worked globally across energy, resources, and sustainability, having successfully worked with, advised, and collaborated with industries, investors, governments and innovators to catalyse systems-level change, innovative financing, and robust market design.
