Ong Huey Hong 黄慧凤

Assistant Chief Executive, Industry Development Group, Singapore Tourism Board 新加坡旅游局产业发展司助理局长

Ms Ong Huey Hong assumed the position of Assistant Chief Executive, Industry Development Group, in September 2024. She was previously Assistant Chief Executive, Policy and Planning Group. As head of the Industry Development Group, she leads the development for core tourism industries such as hotels, travel agents, tourist guides, and MICE. She oversees tourism sector human capital strategies, as well as infrastructure planning and management of key tourism assets like the integrated resorts, MICE venues and cruise terminals.

As Chief Sustainability Officer from to May 2023 to December 2025, she championed strategy implementation efforts to transform Singapore into a sustainable tourism destination.

From 2007 to April 2023, Huey Hong held various portfolios including Executive Director of Industry Technology Transformation, Director of Hotels and Sector Manpower, Director of Cruise and Director Corporate Planning.

Huey Hong holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) in Naval Architecture (1996) from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK.  She has a Master of Business Administration (Banking and Finance) from Nanyang Technological University. 黄慧凤女士于2024年9月出任新加坡旅游局产业发展司助理局长，此前曾担任政策与规划司助理局长。作为产业发展司负责人，她主要负责酒店、旅行社、导游以及会展及奖励旅游（MICE）等核心旅游产业的发展, 统筹旅游业人力资本战略。并负责综合度假胜地、MICE场馆和邮轮码头等重点旅游资产的基础设施规划与管理。

2023年5月至2025年12月期间，黄慧凤女士作为首席可持续发展官，积极推动相关战略实施，助力新加坡向可持续旅游目的地转型。

2007年至2023年4月期间，黄慧凤女士曾先后担任多个职务，包括产业技术转型执行执行总监、酒店及行业人力总监、邮轮业务总监及企业规划总监等。

黄慧凤女士1996年获英国纽卡斯尔大学船舶与海洋工程学士学位（一等荣誉），后获南洋理工大学工商管理硕士学位（银行与金融)。
