Dr. Zhang Ying holds a Ph.D. from the Institute of Cancer Research, London, and is a Shenzhen Overseas High-Level Talent. With over a decade of research experience at world-leading overseas institutions, he has successively worked at the University of Oxford and the Francis Crick Institute — one of Europe's top biomedical research platforms — under several Fellows of the Royal Society, including Professor Steve Gamblin, Deputy Director of the Crick Institute, and Sir John Skehel, Vice-President of the Royal Society. He has determined the structures of numerous important protein molecules and has mastered the complete international frontier technical workflow for protein performance optimization and design, including downstream technology translation and application scenarios. He has published multiple academic papers in international journals such as Nature and Science, and has led multiple national and provincial-level key research projects.
