He has extensive experience in building science-based businesses, particularly in synthetic biology, with deep insight into business strategy and technology commercialization. Prior to PAM2L, Daniel served as Executive Director of Business Development at Bota Biosciences, where he was responsible for corporate strategy and business development, helping drive the commercialization of its synthetic biology platform.
Earlier in his career, Daniel spent nearly a decade in investment, focusing on healthcare and frontier technologies. He previously served as CEO and Partner of Berry Genomics Bio Ventures and as Vice President at China Cinda Guocui Fund, affiliated with China Cinda Asset Management. Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management.
