In 2023, Linda received the Shanghai Magnolia Memorial Award, one of Shanghai’s highest official honors for outstanding foreign residents, in recognition of her long-standing contribution to the city’s international community, cross-border cooperation and social development.
Linda has an active and growing commercial presence in Indonesia. She serves as a Director of PT Dover Chemical, PT Dovechem Maspion Terminal and PT Hada Sukses Bintang Cakra, with board-level experience spanning banking and finance, food, chemicals, industrial enterprise and cross-border business. Her leadership combines commercial judgement, corporate governance, strategic relationship-building and an understanding of regional market dynamics, supply chains and international partnership development.
As Founder and Chairperson of the Global Economic Network (GEN), Linda leads an international platform that advances enterprise internationalization, cross-border investment, sustainable trade, and strategic business cooperation. Under her leadership, GEN serves as a strategic partner to the Shanghai Municipal Government and the Shanghai Pudong Enterprise Going Global Service Center, supporting Chinese enterprises in global expansion and connecting them with international markets, investors and business partners. GEN brings together a Global Advisory Board of 24 distinguished leaders across five continents, covering Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America and Oceania. Through GEN and its Family Office Advisory platform, Linda connects government stakeholders, multinational corporations, family offices, strategic investors, and industry leaders on long-term opportunities in market access, capital collaboration, and sustainable growth. Linda has played an active role in high-level international dialogue on enterprise globalization, sustainable infrastructure, responsible business and cross-border economic cooperation. She represented GEN at the Belt & Road Global Business Summit in Jakarta and Singapore and played a leading organizational role in United Nations 80th Anniversary activities in Shanghai. She has also served as a moderator, roundtable panelist and supporting partner on UN Global Compact platforms in Indonesia and Singapore.
Beyond business, Linda is a respected leader in Shanghai’s international community. As Honorary President of The Expatriate Center (TEC), she has supported a platform that connects more than 80 partner institutions and has facilitated over 1,200 employment opportunities for expatriates and international professionals in Shanghai. As Founder and Chairperson of HerCircle, she convenes women ambassadors, diplomats, CEOs, entrepreneurs and senior executives, building meaningful dialogue between business, diplomacy and women’s leadership.
Linda also serves on the Board of the Duke Kunshan University Education Development Foundation and holds selected advisory and governance roles across education, healthcare, ASEAN economic cooperation and international-community development. Her earlier career included serving as Director of Investment Funds at Deutsche Bank Hong Kong, providing a foundation in financial markets, strategic investment and cross-border capital.
Through the Bless Foundation, Linda has mobilized more than RMB 10 million for nearly ten Shanghai-based charities and developed cross-sector social-impact partnerships involving international companies and public institutions. Her work reflects a long-term commitment to responsible growth, inclusive opportunity and trusted cooperation across Indonesia, China, ASEAN and global markets.

GEN 汇聚来自五大洲的 24 位全球顾问委员会成员，网络覆盖亚洲、中东、欧洲、北美及大洋洲。依托 GEN 及其家办荟平台，她连接政府部门、跨国企业、家族办公室、战略投资人及行业领袖，共同探索市场准入、资本合作、产业协同与可持续增长的长期机会。
她积极参与企业全球化、可持续基础设施、负责任商业及跨境经济合作等高级别国际对话。她曾代表 GEN 出席雅加达和新加坡的“一带一路”全球商业峰会，并在上海联合国成立 80 周年系列活动中发挥重要组织作用。她亦曾担任联合国全球契约（UN Global Compact）印尼及新加坡平台的主持人、圆桌嘉宾及支持合作伙伴，参与推动负责任商业、可持续发展、跨境合作与包容性经济增长议题。
除商业领域外，许菱娜女士也是上海国际社区中备受尊敬的领导者。作为外籍人士中心（The Expatriate Center, TEC）荣誉会长，她创建并支持的平台已连接超过 80 家合作机构，并为在沪外籍人士及国际专业人才促成逾 1,200 个就业机会。作为 HerCircle 创始人兼主席，她汇聚女性大使、外交官、CEO、企业家及资深管理者，推动商业、外交与女性领导力之间的高质量交流与合作。
许菱娜女士同时担任昆山杜克大学教育发展基金会理事，并在教育、医疗、东盟经贸合作及国际社区发展等领域担任多项顾问与治理职务。她早年曾任德意志银行香港投资基金主管，为其在金融市场、战略投资及跨境资本领域的长期工作奠定了坚实基础。
通过助福专项基金，许菱娜女士已为上海近十家公益机构筹集逾人民币 1,000 万元，并推动国际企业与公共机构之间的跨界公益合作。她长期致力于推动负责任增长、包容性机会，以及印尼、中国、东盟与全球市场之间高信任度、可持续的合作关系。
