HNA Group to Form Carrier JV with Dalian Government

(.com.cn) HNA Group, parent of Hainan Airlines Co. (SSE: 900945), signed a deal August 15 to form a carrier joint venture with the Administration of Dalian Free Trade Zone, a government agency in the northeastern port city.

The agency will inject funds into the joint venture after it is set up, a press officer at HNA Group told August 17. No financial details were disclosed.
