CAH Sell off its US-China MetLife Stake
Capital Airports Holding Company (CAH), a state-owned firm and current shareholder in the Sino-US MetLife Co., will dump its 50 percent stake in the joint-venture insurer after the sell-off was approved by the insurance regulator on February 1.
Shanghai Alliance Investment Ltd., the Shanghai-based state-owned investment firm, will take over the shares, according to a statement on the website of China Insurance Regulatory Commission.
