Ping An Begins Overhauling Shenzhen Bank

The new acting president of Shenzhen Development Bank said SDB plans to add six branches after completing a merger with China Ping An Insurance Group. The bank has opened only one new branch in the past three years.

"China has a lot of potential and opportunity," said Richard Jackson, who was recently assigned at the bank by Ping An, in an exclusive interview with Caixin.
