China Vanke Sees 70% Sales Rise

(Beijing) -- China's largest real estate company Vanke Co. registered a 70 percent increase in sales revenue in 2010 at a record 108 billion yuan.

Vanke said in a January 4 statement that throughout 2010, the company sold a total of 8.98 million square meters. Total sales revenue reached 108.16 billion yuan, exceeding the company's annual target of 80 billion yuan.
