China Gas Board Sacks Chairman

(Beijing) -- Board members of the Chinese natural gas services operator, China Gas Holding (HKEX: 00384), voted on March 3 to remove the company's chairman and vice chairman.

A company statement the next day said that the board decided to dismiss Chairman Li Xiaoyun and Vice Chairman Xu Ying from their posts, as the directors believe the two "failed to disclose information they held" regarding the police detention of two former executives from the company.
