Liu Xiaobing on The Three Expenses

(Beijing) – China's Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) published its 2011 budget plan on its website April 14. Of the 23.7 billion yuan fiscal allotment from the central government, some 40 million yuan went to the so-called "Three Expenses." The MST is the first at the central level to publish its budget for overseas visits, auto vehicle purchases and official receptions.
