Yum! Makes Offer for Hotpot Chain Little Sheep

(Beijing) -- Yum! Brands Inc., the world's largest restaurant operator, has made a cash offer to acquire Chinese hotpot restaurant chain Little Sheep Group Ltd. (HKEX:0968).

In a filing to the Hong Kong stock exchange on April 26, Little Sheep said it has received an offer by Yum! for a possible acquisition in all the issued shares in the company.
