CITIC Accepts Short End for Joint Brokerage

It seems the knot has finally been tied for a global brokerage venture between China's CITIC Securities International and the Asian unit of France's Credit Agricole, CLSA Asia-Pacific Markets.

But CITIC's string looks a lot shorter than expected, raising the prospect of possible adjustments in the future to what was recently announced as a "final" joint venture project.
