Land Auctions Shrink in November

a

(Beijing) – Land auctions dropped in November in major cities across China, with analysts attributing the slowdown to the ongoing effects of the government's controls over the property market.

According to Centaline China Property Research, 117 plots of lands failed to sell in land auctions in 35 cities around China in November. The total planned floor space of failed land sale amounted to 15.8 million square meters. In October, only 22 plots of land failed to sell.
