(Beijing)—State Council investigators have yet to release their findings on the deadly July Wenzhou train crash because they are still debating whether to blame signal manufacturers or public management, Caijing Magazine reported.
In a Xinhua News Agency report December 6, State Administration of Work Safety Spokesperson Huang Yi said the State Council's investigation into the crash—which left 40 dead and 191 injured—has already concluded, but did not provide any details about the groups' findings.
