Germany's Wind Market Only a Puff for Chinese

(Bremerhaven) – Slender blades on dozens of turbines, each propped on a tower more than 100 meters tall, slowly spin in the sea breeze near Bremerhaven, Germany.

It's a picturesque scene of raw power production near this coastal city, one of five ports factoring into a German government plan to accelerate offshore wind power development.
