Surviving the European Debt Crisis
The IMF predicted that the eurozone's economy would contract by half a percent in 2012, with countries such as Spain and Italy faring worse than average. Concerns have been raised over whether the euro can survive as the single currency among EU member states. Meanwhile, China has been seen by some as a savior of sorts and Beijing has said it's willing to work with the IMF to help ease the crisis.
