CSRC Official Says New Disclosure Rules to Require Two Annual Reports

(Beijing) – The China Securities Regulatory Commission is set to revamp the way listed companies disclose information and pay out dividends, according to Ouyang Zehua, deputy director of the commission's Department of Listed Company Supervision.

At a press conference last week, Ouyang said two versions of company annual reports will be required, catering to the demands of retail investors, who are more interested in the overall picture, and institutional investors, which require more detailed information for analysis.
