February Sees Home Prices Fall in Most Cities

(Beijing) – Most Chinese cities saw home prices fall in February as the government maintains curbs on the real estate market.

Data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on March 18 showed that 45 of 70 cities it tracks reported month-on-month declines in housing prices in February. Four cities saw prices rising from January, and 21 showed no movement.
