Tribunal to Hold Last Hearing into Huiyuan Insider Trading Case

(Hong Kong) – A Hong Kong agency responsible for investigating insider trading is set to hold the last hearing regarding Coca-Cola Co.'s proposed takeover of China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd. in 2008.

The hearing by the independent Market Misconduct Tribunal (MMT) will be held on October 24.

Sun Min and her husband, Peter Mok Fung, who runs a large shipping business on the mainland, are accused of illegally profited from insider information about the acquisition.
