(Beijing) – Child abuse can happen anywhere, but it's possible that it's happening more often in unaccredited, unlicensed schools.

In the aftermath of public furor over images of abuse posted by a kindergarten teacher in Shanxi Province, experts say that such schools are playing a role in institutionalizing abuse and laws are inadequate to prevent this.
