No Consensus on Predictions for 2013 GDP Growth

(Beijing) – Academics and investment bankers have came up with divergent forecasts for the country's GDP growth in 2013, reflecting differing expectations for money supply and inflation conditions.

Renmin University of China's School of Economics said in a report released on November 24 that the GDP growth rate for 2013 would reach 9.3 percent, up from an estimated 8 percent this year.
