Restaurant Company Says It Will Seek HK Listing This Year

(Beijing) – South Beauty Group, a stylish restaurant chain serving Sichuan cuisine, said on its website on January 9 that it will list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange this year.

The exact date would be determined by market conditions, the company said.

South Beauty invested more than 100 million to open 20 restaurants in 2012, Wang Xiaofei, president of the company, said. It plans on expanding to smaller cities around the country.
