(Beijing) – The country's outgoing premier, Wen Jiabao, suggested the new government focus on addressing people's well-being in 2013, as he delivered his last government work report.

In opening the annual meeting of the National People's Congress (NPC), Wen mentioned accelerating changes to the growth model, promoting rural development, improving employment opportunities and social welfare, and deepening all-around reform and opening.
