Charity Founded by Celebrities Accused of Mishandling Donations Again

(Beijing) – A former reporter who earlier this year accused a charity foundation of pocketing donations has for a second time said it has mishandled funds, a charge the charity again denies.

Zhou Xiaoyun said on February 17 on weibo, the country's version of Twitter, that he has evidence that about 55 million yuan in donations to Smile Angel Foundation have gone missing.
