Exhibition: Body Loud

New York photographer Ryan McGinley has described his work as centered on youth culture and a sense of removal. In 2005, McGinley began an ongoing series of photographs on road trips across the United States with non-professional models. McGinley has since moved into working on studio portraits but Body Loud showcases many of the images which decisively established his reputation in the downtown New York art scene with contemporaries Dash Snow and Dan Colen.
