Graphics: Sino-Australian Trade Deal

(Beijing) – China and Australia agreed on a major free-trade deal on November 17 after talks that lasted a decade. The agreement means Australian exporters of agricultural products and its services sector will enjoy tariff-free access to Chinese markets, while China's firms will enjoy more freedom to invest Down Under. The deal will boost ties between one of Washington's closest allies in Asia and the world's second-largest economy. The two countries started talks in 2005 and held a total of 22 rounds of discussions.
