Netease Slams Beijing Momo Founder with Allegations of Wrongdoing

(Beijing) – Tang Yan, founder of Beijing Momo Technology Co., Ltd., has been accused of fraud and inappropriate behavior in claims made by his former employer, just a day before the company is due to be listed on the Nasdaq.

A statement published by Netease in the early hours of December 10 alleged Tang stole trade secrets and misused company resources while he still worked as editor-in-chief of Netease.
