Tesla's China VP Steps Down After 9-Month Stint

(Beijing) – The U.S. electric carmaker Tesla Motors Inc. said on December 12 that Tom Zhu Xiaotong will oversee the company's China operations on the departure of Veronica Wu Bixuan.

Zhu joined Tesla in April this year and heads Tesla's charging network development in China. Wu joined Tesla in December 2013 from the China unit of Apple Inc. Tesla did not cite a reason for Wu's resignation.
