Alibaba's Bickering with Gov't Saps Investor Confidence

(Beijing and New York) – Alibaba Group's dispute with China's commerce regulator has taken a toll on investor confidence and gotten the attention of a law firm that is in the early stages of filing a class-action lawsuit.
The share price of the Nasdaq-listed firm fell to US$ 89.81 per share on January 29, down 8.78 percent from the closing price a day earlier, when it fell 4.36 percent.
