Two Major Taxi-Hailing Apps Tie Knot on Valentine's Day

(Beijing) – The operators of two major taxi-hailing applications in China got together on Valentine's Day to form what they called "a strategic merger."

Didi Dache and Kuaidi Dache said in a statement on February 14 that they would merge into new company that is led by co-CEOs. The new company's name and its ownership structure will be announced after the Spring Festival holiday, which runs from February 18 to 24.
