The Right Way to Get the AIIB off the Ground

Most people know about the Bretton Woods Institutions, namely the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), but perhaps fewer know that some scholars and organizations who have monitored the organizations for years have repeatedly criticized them and even suggested the two be abolished. The U.S. Congress has been hesitant to increase funding for the World Banks and the IMF, partly due to criticism from the public.
