Under Latest Court Reform, China's Jury Is In

(Beijing) – Qingdao businessman and citizen-juror Yao Lin has been riding the wave of the future for legal reform in China.

Over the past five years, Yao served in Qingdao courtrooms on juries for more than 600 trials, including criminal and civil cases. He's thus set a pace for jurors nationwide whose work is expanding as China accelerates the modernization of its judicial system.
