Chairman of Securities Firm's HK Subsidiary 'Missing for Six Days'

(Hong Kong) – Guotai Junan International Holdings, the Hong Kong subsidiary of one of China's largest securities firm, said in a statement on November 23 that its chairman had been missing for the past six days, amid speculation he has been implicated in a graft inquiry into a top regulator.
Yan Feng, 52, was sent to Hong Kong by Guotai Junan Securities to manage the subsidiary in 1999. He was last seen in public at a social event on November 13, a person who was with him at the time said.
