New Stock Market 'Circuit Breakers' Last Just Four Days

(Beijing) – China has suspended its so-called stock market circuit breakers after just four days, making it the most short-lived trading rule in the history of the country's markets.
Both the Shanghai and Shenzhen bourses and the stock index future exchange announced the government's decision late on January 7 – the day the market closed after only 13 minutes.
