Another Website Runs into Trouble with Travel Agents' Tactics

(Beijing) – A second major travel website has encountered problems related to travel agents selling tickets on their platforms that they get by redeeming frequent flier miles – tickets that at least one passenger had trouble using when he was in Japan.

The latest incident involves Ctrip.com International Ltd. and a traveler named Fu Jingnan, who posted details about his ordeal online on January 9.
