Closer Look: Reckless Reclamation Increases Flood Threat in Wuhan

(Beijing) – The severe floods that have inundated Wuhan, the provincial capital of the central province of Hubei, has raised questions about how authorities have spent billions of dollars pledged in 2013 to fortify the city's flood prevention capacity.
