China's Appetite for Services to Sustain Sino-Australian Trade, Report Says

(Beijing) – The growing appetite of China's middle-class for travel, overseas education and foreign consumer goods such as baby formula is transforming trade ties between China and Australia, which has long been dominated by trade in raw materials, a report says.

Education and tourism services will jump from 8 percent to almost 20 percent of Australian exports to China in 2025, the report estimated.
